Summary: This is a nice apartment in a block of apartments that share a small pool. Other residents were friendly and the apartment is in walking distance of a couple of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Colombres is in a beautiful location with an interesting history and access to the mountains and beaches of Asturias. Communication with the owner was easy through the Vrbo app. We had to specify an arrival time so we could be let in. Unfortunately the flat had not been properly cleaned. The floors and surfaces were dirty and the sheets smelled unpleasant. We cleaned it ourselves, although the owner offered to get the flat cleaned once i had flagged the issue up with her. We enjoyed the outside space, which had a table and comfortable chairs, especially when it was hot. The appliances all worked. It's a nice place to stay.
