Newly renovated three story 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse on a tranquil pond. 3 miles to Fenwick Island Beach. Water views from every room. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. This unit has two master bedrooms with king size beds and a third bedroom complete with a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Adjacent to the family room is a three season room overlooking the pond and the pool. The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony.The ground floor master bedroom has its own screen room porch, which also overlooks the pond. The kitchen is fully stocked and complete with new stainless steel appliances. Note that we do not provide sheets and towels. They can be rented and delivered to the unit by using either ocean city beach and linen rental or gail force rentals. The Bayville Shores complex has a pool, a kitty pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, workout facility, a playground and a private boat launch.The unit comes complete with two kayaks, which are easily launched adjacent to the boat launch.
