This bright, newly renovated condo is conveniently located one block from award-winning beaches, a grocery store, pharmacy and many restaurants. If you want a peaceful getaway with a beautiful/quiet pool at the condo, outdoor bay water view seating area, quick access to the beach, this is for you. 2 bikes are included to explore beautiful Anna Maria Island. Price includes county vacation rent taxes, utilities/cable/Wifi. This condo's location has easy on-off island travel to Sarasota/Bradenton.
The Neighborhood:
West Bay Cove is an established quiet community within a short walking distance to Publix supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, beach supply store, Ace Hardware, multiple restaurants (German, Indian, breakfast place, desert place, etc). There are two pools and you usually have one all to yourself. There’s a nice outdoor seating area with lounge chairs to enjoy Bay water views and the beach on the Gulf of Mexico is a 3 minute walk (one block) or very quick bike ride. There is parking at the beach too, if you want to bring a lot of stuff for the day… and there’s a restaurant, tiki bar, ice cream place, changing rooms, picnic tables and shops at the beach. It’s one of the top ranked beaches in FL. Manatee Beach. There are many other beaches on Anna Maria Island to explore with a bike ride or short drive
Getting Around:
Walking distance to everything you need. We have two bikes for exploring. There is a free trolley/bus service with a stop nearby that goes north and south along the beaches of Anna Maria Island. You have a dedicated parking spot for our condo and there is extra guest parking. There is also parking at Manatee Beach if you have lots of supplies for a day at the beach or it’s a 3 minute walk (one block from our condo).
Other Things to Note:
We request that guests start reservations on or close-to the 1st day of the month. Our condo association allows only one rental per month so bookings from that start mid-month leaves the following month unbookable. Thank you.
