Walking either way along the Promenade you can easily reach Boscombe Pier (30/40 mins) or Hengistbury Head (50/60 mins). Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, the New Forest and Jurassic coast are all only a short drive away making this a fabulous holiday destination.

Dining area with glass table for 6 and a separate utility cupboard including washer / dryer machine. Master bedroom (with 5ft king-size bed) benefits from fantastic corner sea view aspect with access to a second balcony (with bench), fitted wardrobes, ensuite with walk-in shower (rain-bar plus handheld shower), sink and toilet. Front bedroom (with king-size bed) also benefits from a corner sea view aspect and access to the second balcony.
