Beach access directly front the front yard and lots of space next door with 8 acres of green space. Beautiful changing landscape with high and low tide. Best of both worlds- close to Charlottetown, yet far enough away for a secluded getaway. 10 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. 5 minutes from large grocery store and amenities. Perfect Island Getaway.
