The two large windows in the spacious living/dining room look out directly onto the beach, making the most of the elevated position. The views are truly spectacular and on a clear day you can see all the way over to France!

If you walk a couple of minutes in the other direction you have the amazing Lower Leas coastal park – a beautiful green flag park with a mix of formal gardens and wild zone, perfect for walks or bike rides with views out to sea.
