The brand new sleeper sofa has a queen size upgraded memory foam sofa bed that can sleep 2. The location can’t be beat with only a 4 min walk to beach access and 10 min walk to Seaside all while having your own private oasis at home. Beach chairs, beach towels, two bikes included. You will have access to private pool, outdoor ping pong table, outdoor foosball table, basketball goal, arcade games, croquet, bocce ball and more!

Summary: What a fantastic place! The location is just a short walk to the beach and includes a number of amenities that made our stay one of the best we've had in the Seaside/Seagrove area. The beautiful private pool in the back made for relaxing mornings, afternoons and evenings. The included beach service was an added bonus. To top things off, the owners were extremely easy to communicate with and they met our every need. Overall, the accommodations were 5 star and we could not have been happier. We will definitely stay here again! Ken & Jeanne
