This modern contemporary west facing space is sunny, fully double glazed and overlooks the main house garden. It has a vaulted ceiling, designer lighting, ceramic wood effect flooring with underfloor heating, Venetian blinds, electrically operated windows and blackout curtains. There is a living/dining area with a sofa bed,high spec kitchen and separate sleeping area with a shower room and toilet. The studio is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher induction hob combination oven microwave and warming drawer together with all necessary household items for a comfortable stay. There is a table and chairs outside and guests are welcome to enjoy the garden. There is space to park a car and use of bike shed is available if required.Bike hire is easy.The studio is located almost opposite Addenbrookes hospital, close to the station and is a 30 minute walk, ten minute cycle or 5 minute drive from the centre of Cambridge. Several express supermarkets and restaurants are located approximately a mile away. Bus stops are located a 5 - 7 minute walk away and the buses go approximately every 15 minutes. to the town centre. We now have electric bikes and scooters in Cambridge which are often available to pick up fairly close to the house. We also have Uber now so transport overall is very easy.
