It is 550 metres from the bright and clean sea and just as far from the nearest beach. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and all rooms have their own bathroom with shower. As additional content, the villa has a separate toilet, and you can use a washing machine and an iron. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family. On the outdoor terrace you will find a beautiful heated pool with an area of up to 93 m² and a depth of 1.2 m and 1.5 m, where you can really relax and refresh yourself on hot summer days. Other features of the pool include a waterfall and counter-current swimming, and you can also sunbathe on 8 sun loungers. For additional enjoyment on the terrace, there is a seating area where you can drink coffee and read your favourite books. Preparing delicious meals will never be easier as you can use an outdoor gas barbecue. The villa is fully fenced and offers sea views from almost all rooms, which gives it uniqueness and specialness and allows you to relax and enjoy the unspoilt nature. There is a diving centre nearby, and you can go sailing, fishing and cycling.
