Come enjoy San Diego County and all it has to offer with this remarkable hilltop estate with over 5000 sq ft of living space. Set just above Orfila Winery and the Vineyard Golf Course, the views are unmatched. The walkout ground level features a fitness center, sports viewing lounge and bar, along with a separate apartment and entrance. Outside is a large pool deck with covered patio and built in BBQ area.
The second level showcases a large entertaining kitchen with top of the line Viking appliances as well as a mini bar and wine fridge. The bedrooms are spacious with each having its own bathroom. Summary: Our family had a fantastic vacation at this home! And that is what it was, not just a house. Our host, Eric, was exceptional and very responsive to our needs. The home was in a pristine neighborhood.The kitchen was very equipped. The grounds were beautiful and shaded with shrubs and fruit trees. The pool was very large and heated when we got there. We would definitely rent again if available.
