Cozy apt with large balcony and spectacular sea view! Ideal to relax and enjoy. Prime location in the center of Ubatuba, close to restaurants, shops and bars. Easy access to several beautiful beaches. Parking for 1 car with electronic gate. 2 night minimum on weekends and high season! Reveillow and Carnival packages, minimum 5 daily. On long holidays, minimum of 3 nights (if Friday or Monday) and 4 nights (if Thursday or Tuesday).
THE SPACE: Residential condominium, family atmosphere, quiet and safe.
Apt has 42 "TV (with open channels), full kitchen (fridge, stove / oven, microwave and other basic accessories), washer and dryer, ceiling fans (we don't have air conditioning yet), good showers and beds comfortable. Everything you need for your stay on the beach! Large balcony to relax and enjoy the view! Barbecue is not allowed on the balcony or other areas of the condominium.
Suitable with good cellular signal and mobile data coverage, but no WI FI.
Beds have new pillows with waterproof covers and microfiber blankets for 5 guests.
ACCESS TO GUESTS: Garage for 1 car, and check in directly with the concierge (will be removed at check-in the control of the electronic gate, which must be returned at check-out).
Need to use some flights of stairs to access the apartment.
On the balcony important to beware of small children. The pool has strict rules for use.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: I will make my guests comfortable, but I will be available whenever they need me.
