Beautifully FURNISHED Fantastic 3 bd / 2 ba / 1 office / 2 car garage House. Single story cul-de-sac home. You will have to look long and hard to find a nicer, cleaner and more comfortably furnished house, especially in this price range.

Location, location, location. This is a desirable neighborhood near McQueen and Ocotillo in Chandler which is conveniently about 2 miles south of the 202. There is a neighborhood maintained park just one door away for walks, which has a child’s play area and a large grassy field. It is on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a well kept neighborhood. Nearby is the Chandler Fashion Mall and downtown/old town Chandler. Grocery stores within 3 miles are Frys, Bashas, Sprouts, and more.
If you are into aviation, the Chandler Municipal airport (KCHD) is a couple of miles north.
The awesome Tumbleweed Recreation Center is nearby, Tennis, Pickleball and more.
It is less than one mile to the spacious 64 acre Paseo Vista Recreation Area which has an archery range, frisbee golf, a playground and picnic areas and much more.
The well maintained El Paseo trail is nearby for walking, biking, rollerblades, etc.
There are approximately 1800 square feet of very efficient space.
The rooms are currently setup as:
1) Office, with permanent desk, and corner unit that opens to another workspace
2) Master bedroom with a gorgeous, comfy, and newer queen bed, with attached private bathroom with bath, tub, shower, walk in closet, dual vanity.
3) Guest bedroom with newer queen bed, bath across the hall from the bathroom.
4) Open/recreation room. For yoga, meditation, stretching, quiet space.
The yard is very low maintenance with xeriscape for low water usage. The following kitchen appliances are included - newer fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices, coffee maker, crockpot, etc, etc.
There is carpet in the bedrooms and halls, and tile elsewhere in like new condition. Faucets, shower heads and much more are all like new and everything is spic-and-span. Kitchen appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher) are all recently replaced.
Bring your clothes and stop at the grocery store and you will be ready for a comfortable relaxing stay!
