Driving toward this grand Gold Coast estate you’ll immediately be swept up in its immensity and air of luxury. Stepping inside its front doors, it is clear this is a place reserved for only a special few. Immersed in nature, it details captivating views at every turn, framing panoramas across the city, ocean and wilderness. Here, living is as much about the outdoors as it is inside. Guests can make a splash in an exquisite 25-metre lap pool or hit the tennis court for a friendly match, then unwind in the private sauna. There is abundant alfresco dining space as well as a BBQ where you can cook up a storm.
The accommodation is staged across three properties: the main house, the guest house and the glass house. Most of the shared living space unfolds within the main house, with two spacious lounge areas, a wood fireplace, large wall-mounted TV, piano, and spacious dining table. A French Provincial-style kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals at home, and comes fully catered with a double oven, gas cooktop, walk-in pantry and central island bench. Bi-folding doors open to the veranda, creating a seamless transition with the outdoors. The master suite is located downstairs and has a luxurious ensuite bathroom replete with a freestanding bathtub. A second queen bedroom can be found downstairs with views stretching over the pool, along with a sunroom fitted with a double sofa bed. There is a main bathroom and internal laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. It has its own separate entrance and spectacular full-length windows on three sides. There are two sofa beds, and the main room can be partitioned for added privacy. A small kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and kettle for your morning coffee, while a contemporary bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
