The villa is located in a secured complex where you can live all year long. There is a club with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, gym, bar, restaurant, market, and a playground on the territory of the complex, all within 10 minutes of walking.
The special advantage of the «BlackSeaRama» are the golf fields with 18 holes, designed by the world champion Harry Player.
Within 15 minutes ride is located Albena, the town famous for its beaches. In 50 km is Varna, 10 - Balchik and Tuzlata, distinguished for its mudbath.
