This is the perfect South Florida getaway or long term stay. Wake up and sit in the courtyard while sipping your coffee. Then walk/bike/ride to Lake Worth beach, to catch the sunrise. Walk ONLY a block to downtown's trendy cafes, music, grocery store, and parks.
There are 4 historic cottages sharing the pool courtyard. Your villa has a private entrance, work desk, washer/dryer, king bed, kitchen, central air, parking, & high speed internet.
Bliss Pool Villas is named after the definition of Bliss - "Reach a state of perfect happiness, typically so as to be oblivious of everything else." That's what we wish for your stay with us!
The highlights of the property are the resort style tropical pool courtyard, a 1.5 mile walk or a $2 bus ride to the beach, and the one block walk to all the downtown cafes and night life. The 4 Key-West-like historic cottage property is a gated oasis in the middle of trendy downtown Lake Worth Beach. Its close to everything.
The courtyard consists of tropical gardens and vine covered pergolas. There is an additional cabana bathroom and outdoor shower. There is a Weber BBQ grill as well. The pool and courtyard is a shared space with the guests from the 3 other villas
Your newly designed, spacious villa has a open concept living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Every room has curated furnishings to bring style and comfort that match the desired experience.
The bedroom has pocket doors for added privacy from the living room. The bedroom has a comfy king bed, covered in crisp white organic cotton sheets. No microfiber here! For your electronic charging convenience, the nightstand lamps in the bedroom are equipped with built in USB charge ports and power.
There is a mattress sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping needs. The living room's 50" SMART 4K Roku television comes with access to Live TV and many free and paid streaming channels.
In the bathroom, you will find a tub along with spa like amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. Towels and wash cloths are provided for each guest.

The kitchen features a 4 burner gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, mugs, utensils, coffee maker, Starbucks coffee station and essential cleaning supplies. Starter coffee supplies is provided.
A dining table for four in the eat-in kitchen is perfect for those at-home meals.
The villa has an office desk and chair in the bedroom for your remote work needs. You can do remote work comfortably in the quiet setting while looking out at palm trees through the surrounding windows. No expense was spared in providing 1 Gig business class internet with cellular backup to give you highspeed, uninterrupted WIFI computing.
For your days out on the beach, we provide beach towels. For your nights out, no need to bring an iron, as we supply those too!
A stacked washer and dryer is located in your villa for your convenience along with a tankless hot water heater, central air conditioning, and a guaranteed on-premise parking spot.

Lake Worth Beach, Florida is a coastal city and home to over 1000 historic cottages painted in whimsical pastels and draped by a beautiful canopy of palm trees. Bliss Villas cottages were built in 1930s and lovingly restored and furnished with modern touches. The Atlantic Ocean and the Lake Worth Lagoon form the city’s east boundary and the beautiful fresh waters of Lake Osborne its west. Next door to Palm Beach, it is situated along the latitude making the northern most point of the subtropics.
Its a dynamic, quirky beach town with a multi-cultural vibe. The property and town is a welcoming safe destination for the LGBTQ+ community. Not to mention, it’s the home of the annual Palm Beach Pride celebration and the incredible Street Painting Festival.

The most important house rule is to have fun. At Bliss Pool Villas, we want you to find your bliss while being mindful of a few things...
1. No parties, receptions or events allowed. There are security cameras in the courtyard.
2. Please be respectful of the other Villa guests especially at night. Please refrain from loud music and conversations after 10PM especially in the shared courtyard. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood of historic homes. Our neighbors buildings are very close to ours.
3. No smoking or illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the property - inside and outside.
4. The person who booked the property must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for any potential damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you want visitors during the day, you must get pre-approval from host by messaging through the app prior to their arrival. The approval is based on management discretion. Failure to adhere to the house rules could mean early cancellation of your stay with no refund.
5. Please do not use bottles or glasses in the courtyard. Plastic or paper only.
6. Do dispose of all trash used in the courtyard. Put furniture back in place if you moved them. Close the patio umbrellas after your use to prevent wind damage.
7. If using the grill, please clean it afterwards. If using pool toys, put them away in box after each use so pool skimmers can work properly to keep the pool clean.
8. Pets are not allowed in the courtyard pool area for the consideration of the other guests. You can walk your dog in the street and please clean up after your doggie's mess.
9. There is no lifeguard on duty. Property is not suitable for kids under 12 without parent supervision. By booking, you and your party, assume all liability and hold Bliss Villas LLC, its owners and agents of the property harmless against any and all claims that may arise out of use or misuse of any part, amenity, or facility at Bliss Villas LLC.
10. Each week, pool and property maintenance service will take place making the area unusable for brief periods of time.
11. Please be aware this is South Florida, if you don't want bugs, mosquitos, spiders, palmetto bugs and other pests in the house make sure you do not leave the door open! We do not give refunds for critters found in or outside of the property. We have routine service to provide pest and animal control. Please message us and we will address any issue promptly.
12. Please lock the Villa doors when you leave and also when you are inside.
13. Tropical Storm/Hurricane season runs about 6 months in Florida. Most of the time it's just a watch and we do not get hit. But we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance because we don't give refunds. We will refund only if local govt tells us to evacuate. In case of an evacuation, we will notify you and we will need you to vacate in time for us to shutter up the property.
