Perched on top of a hill with no other houses in sight and stunning views of the Bohemian forest and rolling fields - this exclusive, fully-renovated property is perfect for those seeking privacy and connection with nature. It offers easy access to countless gravel and mountain biking paths through forests and alongside rivers and ponds. In winter, the area is great for cross-country skiing, or you can hit the slopes at the nearby small resorts of Karlstifft and Lipno.
The space
This spacious home has a welcoming and cozy feeling, keeping the character of a forest cottage, with solid oak floors and built-in furniture, antique floor tiles, an interesting collection of art and curios, and a vast terrace and garden. Naturally, it also has all the modern comforts needed to make it a place to recharge and relax in comfort, as well as several well-maintained cross-bikes for those who prefer to be active and hit the local cycling trails.
