Positive: Our holiday was amazing. It was our first stay at Botanik Platinum. The room was comfortable, and pillows were changed by the first request. Food was various, delicious. A lot of pools for different ages, relax pool with calm atmosphere for us was excellent finding! All staff ( reception, room, beach team, restaurants and bars staff, cleaners, handymen, animation team) earn huge respect, and many thanks!!! Clearness, comfort, and readiness to help any time in any questions deserve the highest appreciation.
Negative: Proximity to a neighbouring hotel,where loud music continued till midnight.
