1 bedroom (king size bed), 1 bath, ground level condo unit sleeps 4 (sofa sleeper in living room). Our unit (Kay's SeaRenity) is the 2nd unit from the parking area, and is real convenient for loading/unloading your vehicle. Flooring is tile throughout, and includes Cable & Wifi, and a washer & dryer.
Our unit is located on the beachside of Thomas drive, in the "Sunswept" complex, and is a short distance from a private boardwalk to the beach. This unit does not offer a beachview, however, the bedroom overlooks the pool (see attached pictures). Shopping and restaurants are close as well.
Sunswept is a family oriented complex. There are grills located throughout the property for your convenience (2 inside the fenced in pool area).
