It is conveniently located near the recreation ground and is ideal for walks and bike rides to Stanpit Marsh, the beach and quay. A good location to explore the surrounding area by car or bus with Christchurch just 2 miles, Bournemouth 7 miles and the New Forest, famous for it's deer and ponies, 6 miles.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This family home features five bedrooms. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, a Twin Bedroom and a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed. On the first floor are three more bedrooms, two Double bedrooms both with King Size Beds and a Twin Bedroom.
The spacious lounge/diner (with dining seating for 10) opens up to the garden through patio doors and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from the Internet Service Provider).
The separate, modern kitchen is equipped with an ELECTRIC RANGE COOKER - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The kitchen also provides access to the garden.
On the first floor the house features a family bathroom, comprising of a bath, shower cubicle and a toilet. Additionally, you will find a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor.
The property has a spacious garden which benefits from a patio area with table and chairs and a lawn area.
The driveway offers off road parking which can accommodate up to three cars.
