This flat is in a pleasant, purpose-built, seafront block of flats known as the Southbourne Sands complex. The flat occupies the second floor with sea views from most rooms and has comfortable furnishings with a good range of equipment. There are local shops nearby and a zig-zag path access is opposite which leads to the clean, sandy beaches. This is a very popular holiday location.

Known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne-On-Sea is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, with many attractions within walking distance. Southbourne is home to one of the many Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensures a perfect family day out at. You will find a very popular children’s play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the many cafes. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove, which harbours a long shopping street that has a unique mix of individual shops.
