PARKING:
Full-time parking is provided in our larger lot on the north side of the property (adjacent to Falstaff Street).
Kindly ensure that the suite is locked when you venture out to explore the city. To lock or unlock the door, simply hold the key fob against the circular receiver on the exterior of the door. A red light will flash to indicate that the door is secure. A green light will flash to indicate that the door is unlocked.
Please leave the keys & parking pass on the kitchen counter when checking out of the suite.
INTERNET:
Each suite has its own Fibre internet & password. Your unique internet ID is JLB+Unit #. (Example JLB310). Your password is Rogers + the last 4 digits of the S/N on the back of the white modem in your suite (Example Rogers####).
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped for your use with stovetop, oven, & microwave.
You will find cookware in the drawers near the stove & sink.
The Dishwasher (& soap) is located just under the counter & beside the sink.
Coffee can be made using the machine on the countertop. The pods are next to the unit. Tea & a Kettle are also provided.
Cups, cutlery, & flatware are located in the drawers in the kitchen area.
Laundry machines are located near the entry to the suite.
WASHROOM:
Inside the washroom, you will find bathing textiles, soaps, shampoos, & conditioners for your use.
