Cosy Home is located inside a green land in Chania Crete Greece. The region is called Pithari Village, 9 kms from Chania City Center. Cosy Home is single-storey house of 100 m2 within a land of 400 m2. The house can accomodate up to 5-6 individuals.
As you walk in you will meet, at your left hand, the fully furnished kitchen, the big livingroom and one bathroom with shower. If you decide walk right from the entrance, you will meet the two master bedrooms fitted with A/Cs and wardrobes and the master bathroom.
Additionally to the double beds in the master bedrooms, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which opens in order to become a double bed too.
The kitchen includes: microwave, oven, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal!
Romantic night? Ideal Home! You can plan this night with wine and music under the fullmoon, since there is a stereophone with cd player for you at the living room.
The outdoor area of Cosy House comprise of colourful garden laid with grass for your relaxing moments under the sun, next to the magnificent view of Souda-Chania bay.

Through the house, everyone is able to enjoy breathtaking views of Souda bay, views of the mainland of Crete island since the house is on Akrotiri penisula and views of the White Mountains on the southern-western side.

The house is ideal for privacy. A few minutes drive (3 minutes) from the house you will find traditional restaurants with delicious local food, super-markets, banks, bakery shop, patisserie, pharmacy shop, gas station etc which stay open until late.
The Cosy House lies just 9km away from the city of Chania, at Akrotiri area. Akrotiri area includes quaint villages, right next to the coastline or in the hillsides. The main beaches of the area are Kalathas beach, Stavros beach, Marathi family beach, Maherida beach (preferred by people who like nudism) and Loutraki beach with its popular beach bar. Right next to these beaches, there are local tavernas offering excellent cretan dishes including freshly caught octopus, fish and the local delicacy of sea urchin.
Beyond beaches, you will have the opportunity to see the unique architecture of two monasteries: the Monastery of Aghia Triada of Tzagaroli, situated on the northwest of Akrotiri and the Monastery Lady of the Angels at Gouverneto. The Monastery of Aghia Triada is daily open with a museum of its history and a winery from which you can taste and buy its well-known wines. 4 kms after the Monastery of Aghia Triada, you can visit the Monastery Lady of the Angels at Gouverneto and its famous cave at Arkalospilio through a route ideal for treking.
