Positive: Accessibility and has what you need for longer or more do it yourself stay. We didn’t need it but the full size fridge, stove / oven, and k-cup coffee maker with smaller size microwave, washer, and dryer are a nice, not expected touch for the small space. Additionally, the stocked laundry detergent (& etc…), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and cleaning supplies are welcome touch for when they may be needed.
Negative: The items listed below are not dislikes nor are they complaints, just informing other renters and the owners. Since it’s directly below the living quarters of a family, you do hear their movement. I never thought it was to loud. But others might not be expecting it. There is what sounds like the chirp of a low battery from a smoke or other type of detector. However it is at so low a volume, it’s only heard when there are no other sounds. Both light switches at the top of the entry stairs operate when switched, but snap back to off immediately.
Summary: Nice, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. Attributes were more than expected.
