We rent an authentic Mallorcan village house in a quiet, central location, away from mass tourism
Everyone is welcome! Whether families, groups, couples or individuals. Cyclists, hikers, water sports, golfers and other active vacationers are best accommodated in our house. Bicycles and other sports equipment can be safely stored in the interior under the stairs or in the patio (courtyard).
The house was completely renovated in 2015 and is new and modern.

The environment
The village of Llucmajor has 12,700 inhabitants and is located in the south of Mallorca, about 15 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Palma. In 15-25 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita or Playa de Palma. The beautiful bays of Cala Pi and Cala Blava are equally within easy reach.
Every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday there is a weekly market on the Plaza. On this you can provide yourself with local, fresh vegetables and fruits and other foods. The grown infrastructure offers within walking distance a variety of very good restaurants of all price ranges, shops and boutiques around the Plaza and in the pedestrian area. In the village you can still experience the original Mallorcan life. This is very nice with tapas, pizza and Co. in one of the excellent restaurants and bars on the Plaza.
