Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Very comfortable home. Very clean. Nice location on the beach. If stairs are a problem for you, the elevator is a big plus.
Negative: Maybe look into replacing the black non stick pans, they are pretty scratched up. A screened in deck would be nice, for night time sitting outside.
Summary: Exactly what we were looking for!
