Summary: We stayed at Casa Cabra from 27 July for a week. Beautiful views and peaceful location. The layout of the villa was good. BBQ good. However, there were many problems with the stay. We noticed immediately on arrival that the villa was not very clean. We found lots of dog hair everywhere. Also mouse droppings underneath the sofa ( we have photos if required) not a pleasant smell when we arrived, which improved after airing. The pool looked cloudy and was not so clean. Very low chlorine levels. The kitchen area needs some attention. Especially with the kitchen units that look worn. Paint peeling in most rooms. On the last two days there was no fresh running water. We contacted the property manager, and then again the following day in the afternoon and only then was someone sent out to bypass and fill the water system with water from the pool. We had no drinking water and were not even offered any bottled water! Personally we found this not acceptable as the fresh water system was filled with pool water and does this meet water regulations? The pool and the villa were not cleaned at all during our stay and there was lots.of dust due to building works at the neighbouring villa. Would not stay at this property again and would not recommend it.
