At this time, the garage is off-limits to guests. There is ample room for parking in the driveway, as well as additional side parking for boats or RVs with hookups.

No unauthorized parties or events are allowed. No glass containers of any kind on the back patio or pool. This is for guest safety and is strictly enforced. Quite Hours from 10:00PM till 8:00AM

There is absolutely no smoking inside the home. A violation will result in a minimum fee of $200. You are welcome to smoke outside, 10 feet away from the home, with the windows and doors closed.
