This is a quiet and bright house that is distant only 5 minutes walk from the beach (San Giovanni di Posada), and between 5-30 minutes drive to other popular and beautiful spots (e.g. La Caletta, Capo Comino, San Teodoro, Orosei, Tavolara).
The house is based on the ground floor, and it comprises a large open-plan and fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, mixer, and oven; a spacious living room with armchairs, sofa, TV, fireplace and cupboards; two fully-furnished double bedrooms (one of which with the possibility of separating/putting together the single beds); one bathroom with a cabin shower, bidet and a brand-new washing machine; a patio with wooden table and chairs; a large garden with flowerbeds, amaca, BBQ, table and chairs, and private car park under the trees. Windows have mosquitos' nets.
We also provide our guests with an umbrella for the beach, a large refrigerating bag with ice blocks, matkot, and a portable folding chair.
During windy or rainy days - when going to the beach is not so much convenient - or simply to have some fun, guests are welcome to use the table games in the house.
Despite there is no air conditioning, there are two fans and all the spaces are pretty comfortable during the summer due to the large garden with trees surrounding the house.
