Residence 'Corte Campedella' is a beautiful, prestigious gated complexlocated amongst the vineyards in Bande, Cavriana, on one of the 10 food and wine roads of Lombardy: 'La Strada dei Vini e Sapori Mantovani' and hence a paradise for lovers of Italian food and wine. The condominium consists of 12 privately owned apartments in the peaceful Morainic hills just a 15-minute drive from Sirmione or Desenzano, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The building was owned by the Gonzaga family from the13th-18th centuries. The property is located on the battlefields of the 1859 Battle of Solferino as a result of which, the International Red Cross was formed. Bande, Cavriana is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
This spacious, self-catering 2-bedroom apartment (95square metres/1,023 square feet) with family shower room is on the 1st/2nd floor and is in an ideal location for family holidays as it is situated in private grounds accessed via a gate. There is a communal garden with well-established trees and shrubs and communal swimming pool (20m x 10m), which is open from May to the end of September.
On the first floor there is a kitchen/diner plus living room. On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms, a king size bed and a twin bedroom (with two single beds). There is also a family shower room off the landing.
