Beautiful and spacious country house just 10 km from Trujillo, one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, located on seven hectares of olive groves and a 750 m2 house in a relaxed environment in the middle of nature with beautiful views of the countryside. The rural house with a family history of centuries, has been decorated with very good taste and elegant furniture.
The house consists of 6 rooms, 3 of them with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and another 3 rooms with 2 beds each 90 cm x 200 cm wide, all 6 rooms have an en-suite bathroom. It has capacity for up to 12 people (with the possibility of extra beds, you can contact me).
LOW LEVEL
On the ground floor you will find a large hall with cloakroom, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious and beautiful living room with its own bathroom/toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for an ideal stay with an American concept, integrated into the dining room with a large fine wood table with capacity for 14 people and next to it is the fireplace accompanied by two armchairs for an ideal rest against the heat of the sun. fire. It also has an exit door with access to one of the terraces, equipped with a large table to enjoy the garden and the views. The terrace has a comfortable awning. It is also located in the private pool area, two bathrooms/toilets and a fully equipped barbecue area, paddle tennis court and gazebo.

The upper floor consists of four large bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, all with excellent size bathrooms and windows for good ventilation. It has a large living room with 3 sofas, Smart TV and piano, dining table and small kitchenette with refrigerator.
