Positive: The hosts Jean Jacques and Roberta were amazing and so kind. Jean Jacques drove us to the supermarket on the first day as the accommodation is at the top of a steep hill (hence the wonderful views). They provided a massive mineral water bottle. They gave lots of helpful information. They organised an Uber for us to our next destination. They even took us for a driving tour of the nearby main town of Ubatuba as we only had a couple of days at the property. Jean Jacques told us where to go to see turtles in the sea. The house felt very secure. Wonderful views. The hosts live below and so were easily on hand for any queries. Wifi worked fine. Supermarket and nice restaurant very close at the bottom of the hill.
Negative: Be aware that the house is up a steep hill. Our taxi could not get up the last part as it had recently rained. The accommodation is rustic but comfortable. The rooms were a little dark in the evening. The bathrooms are basic but provide all that is needed.
Summary: Comfortable stay. Fabulous hosts.
