Chi ama il mare e gli spazi aperti rimarrà certamente soddisfatto e colpito positivamente dall' atmosfera della zona. Particolarmente suggestiva anche la vista nelle ore notturne, caratterizzata dalla montagna illuminata di Torre delle Stelle e dal cielo stellato che fa da contorno.
La villetta, dalla vista mozzafiato, è suddivisa in due livelli separati da una scala esterna e dispone di ampio giardino.
Il livello superiore comprende una veranda con tavolo per pranzi e cene, zona relax con divanetto, poltroncine e tavolino, una terrazza con dondolo e barbecue esterno.
L'interno della casa è composto da un salotto con divano letto, angolo cottura (piano cottura a gas e piastra elettrica), tv, frigo, forno a microonde e tutti i servizi essenziali. Un bagno completo con lavandino, doccia, bidet e wc. Una stanza da letto con matrimoniale. Presente aria condizionata.

Nel villaggio sottostante vi è un piccolo market per piccole necessità, con la possibilità di ordinare pizza d’asporto, un bar tabacchi aperto tutti i giorni, dei campi da tennis disponibili su prenotazione. A poco più di un km è situata la famosissima spiaggia di Mari Pintau, premiata con la Bandiera Blu per le sue acque cristalline che nulla hanno da invidiare alle spiagge caraibiche.
Vi è inoltre la possibilità di raggiungere tantissime spiagge meravigliose presso Villasimius, Torre delle Stelle o Costa Rei, famosissime in tutta la Sardegna per l’acqua limpida e cristallina.
L’ingresso alla villetta è privato, si accede tramite una sbarra e successivamente un cancello elettrico.
