La Casona Rural La Tejera localizada en el Valle de Asón pertenece a La Alcomba (situada en la cima de la montaña a 550m de altura). En un enclave único y privilegiado donde podrás disfrutar de la belleza de Cantabria, con centenares de rutas por la naturaleza, visitar sus parques naturales o acercarse a sus kilométricas y magníficas playas (a unos 35 minutos aprox)

La Casona Rural La Tejera es una antigua casona de piedra típica de Cantabria rehabilitada en 2020 y que cuenta con dos plantas. Una primera planta con un salón que dispone de un precioso ventanal con vistas panorámicas al Valle de Asón, 2 sofás, TV Samsung 4K UHD de 55” y conexión a internet 4G (perfecto para ver Netflix o conectarte a internet desde tu móvil). La casa dispone de 3 chimeneas. La instalación de la chimenea está completada y se puede hacer uso de ella.
Abierto al salón encontramos el comedor (con vajilla completa y cristalería) y la cocina con todos los electrodomésticos equipados (frigorífico combi no frost de gran capacidad, horno multifunción, placa de inducción, microondas grill, campana extractora y lavavajillas). También en la planta baja encontramos un precioso baño con 2 lavabos y un gran plato de ducha. Dispone de secador de pelo y calefactor si fuera necesario.
Una segunda planta con un distribuidor que da acceso a un cuarto de baño con plato de ducha y dos habitaciones (una con 2 camas individuales de 200x90 y la otro habitación, la principal, con un precioso ventanal y con cama de matrimonio de 200x160). Para los bebés, la casa cuenta con una cuna de 120x60
Además, la casa dispone de un patio particular que se accede desde la planta baja y también desde el exterior con una casita en el patio compuesto por: el distribuidor, un dormitorio con 1 cama de matrimonio de 190x150 y un cuarto de máquinas/lavandería que utilizamos también de trastero y donde encontrareis la lavadora-secadora.
Por otro lado, la casa dispone de 400m2 de terreno con varios árboles frutales, césped y una mesa de picnic.
Para complementar, informarles que dispondrán de ropa de cama y toallas para uso durante la estancia para el número de huéspedes indicados tras la reserva.
