Shared spaces are the entrance and the garden.
The basement flat has three windows, one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Since they are equipped with mosquito nets, they can be opened any time.
The house is very close to the railway station, you can reach other towns (Rimini, Ravenna, Bologna and any other destination) by train.
For those, who do not wish to travel and want to forget about the car, there are bicycles available that will take you around Cesenatico, to the Da Vinci canal and the lighthouse.
On foot you can go to the beach and take a walk to Gatteo a Mare for some shopping.
For quiet moments and evenings you can spend some time in the garden and enjoy the barbecue breathing some healthy sea air.
