Designed on four levels, with an elevator servicing all floors, this magnificent residence is built to the highest standard and offers the kind of luxurious living you would expect in a home of international standing. The top level of the property features the main indoor/outdoor living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen with butler's pantry flowing on the ocean side to a spacious terrace and wet edge pool. On the western side of the property, a spacious outdoor entertainment area with external gas fireplace greets you. Sitting just above is a heated spa leading up to a BBQ courtyard with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.
The first level, just down from the top, includes a second living area complete with fireplace, the master bedroom with walk in robe and generous ensuite, and the guest bedroom and bathroom. The ground floor includes a third living area and study, children's bedroom with two sets of single bunks, a guest bedroom and bathroom.
