Located 10 minutes from Le Mans and its iconic circuit, 2 hours from Paris by car and 1 hour by TGV, the Gîte du Domaine de Toukalya, a charming residence, welcomes you for unforgettable stays with family, friends, or colleagues in an exceptional setting spanning over 17 hectares of meadows and woods, in direct contact with nature.
In this green setting, you can rest, recharge your batteries, be inspired by nature, practice a sport, enjoy the swimming pool, or work in peace.
You will be accommodated in a magnificent and spacious 300m² refined building of character, offering excellent comfort, decorated with respect for the charm of nature, authenticity, and conviviality.
You can share pleasant, warm moments around the large dining room table in front of the fireplace, and for music lovers, play a few notes to liven up beautiful evenings. You have a spacious, fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, perfect for preparing delicious meals on the stovetop. A living room with a flat-screen TV is available for watching movies or sports in a pleasant atmosphere. Upstairs, there are six pleasant, spacious bedrooms for 2 to 3 people, each with a direct view of the surrounding countryside, each equipped with a bathroom. Five have walk-in showers, one with a shower and a bathtub. Three bedrooms also have their own toilet. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160 or 140 cm) and a single bed, two with a double bed, and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have a separate work area.

There is a barbecue and a large outdoor terrace facing south, where you can enjoy the swimming pool.
