This gorgeous traditional cape house has so many unique features and views, it's a perfect place for the whole family. Located at the end of a very private back street, this home sleeps 9 comfortably. There are multiple mini-split AC/Heat units throughout the house and you get a wonderful sea breeze. The home is also fully heated and has a Solo Stove Smokeless Fire Pit available for outside use, while enjoying the amazing views.
There is a large outdoor screened deck, which is screened in during the spring/summer/fall months and has an outdoor dining set to seat 8 people. You can also enjoy a wonderful outdoor shower experience with the fully enclosed hot/cold shower.
Scituate is a small to mid-sized seacoast community located between Boston and Plymouth, many ocean-related recreational activities make it a very desirable place to vacation. Scituate Town Pier accommodates a working fishing fleet and has a strong sense of its history and commemorates in August each year via the celebration of "Heritage Days".
