The house is equipped with a pool / swimming pool, a living room (with convertible sofa), a bedroom and its bathroom as well as a very nice little wooden house with a magnificent view of the valley . The accommodation is located in the center of Montvalent, a beautiful village, 15 minutes from Rocamadour, 15 minutes from Padirac and 15 minutes from Martel. The view from the house is exceptional and overlooks the Dordogne. You will appreciate my accommodation for the location, the large terraced garden and the charm of the place. Different activities are located near the house, the Padirac chasm, one of the most beautiful villages in France Rocamadour, the Dordogne and its canoe trips as well as many hikes. The use of the house is exclusively reserved for tenants, you will have access to the whole house, the swimming pool, the main house, the wooden house and a large garden.
