Positive: They had a Christmas tree and a few decorations which was such a gift. It had a well stocked kitchen, a gas stove. It was perfect for our family. We love the location. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace once someone got back to us on how to use it.
Negative: I had a hard time getting a hold of a person to help us know how to use the gas fireplace. It was 24 hours when the owner finally got back to me. Once she did( the number posted for contacting someone was posted wrong on the instructions) she helped us and sent us a little edible gift. Communication is very important to me, so hopefully that will all get corrected and I would give her an excellent rating
Summary: It was a good place for our large grieving family to spend Christmas together.
