We have completely renovated this home, making it more beautiful, modern, and inviting than ever before. As longtime property owners in Rehoboth Beach for over 21 years, we take great pride in personally managing our rentals. Fourth Bedroom – Two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids!
Loft Space – Semi-private area with two twin beds.
Additional Bathrooms – A third full bathroom upstairs, plus a powder room off the kitchen.
Renters provide their own sheets and towels. However, extra towels are available in the unit for convenience.
Our Rental Guidelines
No Party Groups – We rent only to respectful guests who will treat our home with care.
No Pets Allowed – Per community regulations. If other units state dogs are permitted for renters, that is not the case. Owners only are permitted to have pets.
Flexible Monthly Stays (October–May) – Renters pay for utilities when staying long-term (four-month minimum).
