This classic New Orleans shotgun is located in the heart of the Bywater, a culturally rich and vibrant historic New Orleans neighborhood. Just steps from local cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops, this charming apartment offers a peaceful retreat amid the area's colorful architecture and lively culture. The space
Built-in the late 1800s, this Double Shotgun is a spacious 2 bedroom home with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The second room in the apartment has a queen futon that can accommodate two people. There is a door separating the two sleeping spaces but it is a classic shotgun apartment.
A curtain partition separates the first room in the apartment from the second room. This allows for some additional privacy, if needed.
The bathroom and kitchen are in the last two rooms of the house.
Aside from the fresh linens, extra bedding for the futon, towels, coffee and tea, there's high-speed wi-fi, a smart TV with a Roku, and a sweet backyard which is perfect for relaxing.
