Pls let me know when I will be able to leave a review. It's not often where I can just gush about how nice a space it is along with the very gracious host. I often have to "sugarcoat" issues but I honestly couldn't be critical of anything even if I was a total jerk (which I hope I wasn't, even after missing my checkout time.) You really made me feel right at home even when I had a migraine and had to stay in on Saturday night, followed by oversleeping!
Also, thanks for leaving the brooms and dustpans so I could keep the sand at bay.
I also wanted to mention how gorgeous that art-deco credenza is! That's a really special piece of furniture and it does add character to the room, even though it was otherwise immaculate, cared for, and everything felt new.
Thanks again for everything! I hope that I (and Cody) would be welcome again in the future. (He really did love that hedgehog! That was a sweet touch.)

A fantastic stay and it was everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience! 5 stars all around and highly recommended. It is very close to Tropicana field and other fun spots in Saint Pete! Thank you again!

We had a great stay here! Easily drivable to anything in the St Pete area, close enough to the beaches, and the place was the perfect size for what we needed - just a place to sleep with minimal amenities as we were spending most of our time outdoors :) Thanks Sylvie!

We stayed at Sylvie's studio for one night. Was very sorry it was booked for the next. It was very clean, very well supplied and nice decor. The outside sitting area was a nice touch. She was very easy to get in touch with. She was very welcoming to my pup also. (Dog treats, full water bowl and a dog bed).
Will definitely stay there if in the area.

Sylvie is a wonderful, friendly and accommodating hostess. It is clear that she really cares about ensuring that her guests are comfortable and have what they need. Her place was super clean, updated and free of clutter. She was so flexible accommodating my check in time as my plans shifted. I would definitely stay there again.
