Positive: The size of the room was great, adequate storage and kitchenette space. Clean bathroom but no exhaust fan. Netflix and wifi is a bonus.
Negative: My mattress was sunken in on the sides. Very uncomfortable to sleep on a worn out/old mattress. Was told new ones were there to be put in rooms, requested it after my first night stay but wasn't provided till my last night's stay. The room is not soundproof as advertised. Shampoo and conditioner was not provided until asked for. And my Donna was dirty, food like stuff I could pick off it, with marks and stains on it. The restaurant was closed due to maintenance which is fair but I was not told until I asked. Flyers for restaurant were still in rooms. Also signs for it were still out. Very disappointed 😞
