This sound only indicates that the air conditioning units will turn off when the guest leaves the apartment. To turn the air conditioning back on, simply press the button located next to the bed. It's also important to note that, when turned off, the air conditioning may take a few seconds to completely stop making noise, which may raise concerns among guests. Services such as: crib, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges, if you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification. The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency. No noise is allowed after 10 pm (Noise Law). The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. When leaving the apartment, make sure that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. Our check-in time is from 3pm and our check-out time is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen change service can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit. Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replaced.
