Kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and full range of utensils. . A dining table with four chairs. Bedroom one is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. Bedroom two is furnished with a bunk bed, chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe. Bathroom comprises of a shower bath with a power shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror. Outside is a balcony with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views. There is access to the designated barbecue area and communal gardens on site as well as designated parking for one car. A second space can be available upon request. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included with laundry facilities on site.
