This beautiful Victorian terrace is a comfortable home-from-home, just 100m to the nearest supermarket and a short walk to Beeston High Street, Nottingham University and the tram, bus and train into Nottingham city centre.
You'll have everything you need on your doorstep.
This home is ideal for families visiting or contractors who need a comfortable place to unwind after a hard day's work.
The house comprises of a comfortable sitting room with a plush leather sofa and a large armchair you can sink into to watch the 43" SMART TV or have a catch up over a coffee with family or friends.
The dining room has a farmhouse kitchen table and views onto the small garden. If you are travelling with children, there is a high chair and some toys to keep them entertained.
The kitchen is small but fully-stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay, including a four-ring gas hob, electric oven, 4-slice toaster, microwave and kettle. There is a large fridge/freezer and we provide plastic plates and cutlery for younger guests. Fancy a glass of wine or bubbly? We have the glasses for every toast!
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with bespoke comfy mattresses and 250 thread count Egyptian cotton linen. The master bedroom has a double bed, ample storage space and a full length mirror. The second bedroom is a twin room but the beds can be linked or separated depending on your needs. It also has a chest of drawers, hanging rail and a full length mirror.
The family bathroom has both a bath and shower.
Please note, this is an old Victorian house and as with all Victorian terraces in the area the stairs are somewhat steep. Please keep this in mind for guests who might struggle.
