The property is next to the bus and tram stops that goes to Nottingham city centre. The Skylink bus to and from East Midlands airport is also on your doorstep.
KFC, Papa Johns, Subway, Greggs and a Co-Op supermarket are all a short walk from the house.

This versatile property has 3 large and comfortable double bedrooms - the beds can be separated for 2 sharers or linked together for a couple. There is one further smaller bedroom with a double bed.
