Lovely cottage recently renovated. Featuring white shaker style cabinets, black granite counter top and all new stainless steel appliances. Samsung refrig with ice maker, KitchenAid gas range, dishwasher, micro...The first floor has a open kitchen with a dining room/living room area. The living room has a SAMSUNG 50" flat screen tv with free Netflix movies and a Sonos sound system for music. There is also a laundry room with LG washer/dryer and a half bath with toilet/sink. Up on the second floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and SONY 40" flat screen Smart tv's . The full bath on the second floor has a shower with marble subway tiles and a 2 sink vanity and toilet. The third floor is a large open style bedroom which has a King bed along with 2 twin beds and flat screen Smart tv. Relax outside in the back yard which is fenced in and professionally landscaped with 2 patios. One with outdoor dining table/chairs and another with Adirondack lounge chairs. Weber gas grill and outdoor shower. Once you park you car, there are numerous restaurants/bars, grocery store, shops, all within walking distance. No need to drive! CANCELLATIONS- A ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DAY (120) WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN THE CANCELLATION PROCESS. THIS LEASE SHALL BE TERMINATED ONLY AFTER ANOTHER TENANT IS SECURED***OR PERMISSION BY THE LANDLORD IS OTHERWISE GRANTED TO TENANT IN WRITING. IF THE PROPERTY IS RE-RENTED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT, AND ALL MONIES DUE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY LANDLORD, THEN A REFUND WILL BE MADE , LESS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $200.00 IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT RE-RENTED, ALL PAYMENTS TO DATE ARE FORFEITED AND THE TENANT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BALANCE DUE UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT TENANTS PURCHASE “CANCEL FOR ANY REASON” TRAVEL INSURANCE.
