3rd floor features the open concept kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and powder room. Master suite has a king bed, large private bathroom and walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors provide access to outdoor deck with covered seating area, new 8 seat dining table and chairs for a meal with a view!
2nd floor features additional family room with wet bar and smart tv, 2 junior master suites with queen beds and full sized en-suite bathrooms with gorgeous tile throughout, 3rd bedroom with king bed, and 4th bedroom has two full beds to sleep 4 comfortably. Shared full bathroom with tub. Large private laundry room and access to an additional furnished deck, perfect for your morning coffee.

Covered patio also has a custom built outdoor kitchen that features seating for 8, Wolf grill, sink, and mini fridge.
