WELCOME!Modern and comfortably furnished holiday house, only 600 m from the lake, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower / WC, a spacious kitchen with seating area, a long hallway and a beautiful living room with flat road, TV and comfortable couch and rocking chair. The kitchen also has a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 electric hotplates, mini oven with 2 additional hobs, radio and a chest of drawers with all necessary electrical appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle). The upper, very large bedroom is accessible via a space-saving staircase and equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a large additional double sofa bed. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. All beds are linen-covered and there is a set of towels available, which are changed weekly (1 set = 2 bath towels and 4 towels). The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture, on request with a fire basket and a barbecue. Car parking space is right on the property. The holiday home can only be rented from May to September. Heating is via electric heaters.Electricity consumption is charged at € 0.30 per KW / h. Upon arrival, a deposit of 100 € is payable. The final cleaning is included for you!
